CIVITAS DURRAM, square topped shield over long cross fourche, C D across field, 0. 671g, 2h, MM. star [on obverse only] (North 1813; S. 2354), once bright lustrous, but now richly cabinet toned, a pleasing good very fine, a charming little coin with an attractive obverse.
