Instituted in 1952, discontinued in 1991. Multi piece construction, insignia in silvered and gilt bronze with white enamels, mounted to a five pointed silver star base with multiple emanating rays, hallmarked with a rooster surrounded by a "B" and "II" (900 silver) and maker marked "IKOM" on the reverse, measuring 67. 5 mm (w) x 66 mm (h), vertical pinback,
