Over the course of only six months, Neumann/Smith transformed the historic Madison Building into an exciting, open and colorful space designed to encourage partnership among local entrepreneurs and their budding projects and companies. Offices feature open workspace with a mix of benching and meeting areas. High-energy graphics, furniture, and LED lights contrast the exposed vintage structure.
ABD Engineering and Design provided complete Acoustical and Audio, Video, and Lighting consulting and design for the 140 seat auditorium and conference spaces. This award winning building features decorative and functional acoustic treatments integrated with the overall design of the spaces, while the building’s roof deck includes multiple screens.
